1. Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made through bhumitshah.in, including Crystal Bracelets, Healing Crystals, Reiki-Energized Products, and Spiritual Wellness Products.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 48 hours from the confirmed delivery time may not be accepted.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be considered only for wrong products, damaged products, defective products, or products substantially different from the order placed.

Supporting photographs or videos may be requested for verification.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Used Reiki-energized products, customized products, damaged products due to misuse, products without original packaging, digital products, downloadable materials, workshop registrations, training programs, Reiki Healing Sessions, Meditation Sessions, and Consultation Services are non-returnable.

5. Replacement Policy

Natural Healing Centre follows a Replacement First Policy. Approved return requests will generally receive a replacement subject to product availability and verification.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not offered where replacement is possible. However, refunds may be provided in exceptional cases such as unavailable replacement stock or verified delivery issues.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. Actual credit timelines depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

8. Return Shipping

Approved return products must be sent to the return address shared by Natural Healing Centre. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

9. Inspection & Verification

All returned products are inspected. Returns may be rejected if products show misuse, alteration, customer-caused damage, or policy violations.

10. Natural Crystal Disclaimer

Healing Crystals and Crystal Bracelets are natural products. Variations in color, texture, shape, size, and markings are natural characteristics and not defects.

11. Reiki-Energized Products

Many products are spiritually prepared, Reiki-energized, blessed, or energetically charged. Due to their personalized nature, such products may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Natural Healing Centre reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
